Question #695065 on Yade changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/yade/+question/695065
Robert Caulk proposed the following answer: >The documentation says the minimumPorosity [1] is also included in the flowEngine [2] Right, TwoPhaseFlowEngine is not the same as FlowEngine. So you should be using the FlowEngine class (based on the MWE you provided). >If I dont remove the bonds between my grains but still compact them in a cube, the packing is normal but the TH analysis gets unstable. This may be because the boundaries are not as smooth as the first case, owing to the irregularity in the shape of my bonded grains. Solving this case is what I am looking for. Do you think alpha boundary can solve the issue in the second case? You are describing a lot of things that are not represented in your MWE. So perhaps your implentation is wrong. No way to know without an MWE: it would just be pure speculation for me to comment on this. -- You received this question notification because your team yade-users is an answer contact for Yade. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~yade-users Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~yade-users More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
