Hello,
1.) is a common warning, which is a deprecation warning. Can you confirm
that the script still runs and plots as expected?
2.) appears to be a VTK problem. Can you remove the VTKRecorder and the
flow.saveVTK from the simulation and try again? Please report what
happens.
