please read [1].
Then read [1] once more very carefully and follow the instructions.
Please be more specific, i.e.:
- provide a MWE
- what are you trying to simulate? What shapes do you use? What material model
do you use? ... ?
- what is "set ... stiffness"? determine proper value? set specific value at
the beginning of the simulation? set a value in the middle of the simulation?
... ?
- what is "the wall"? Wall shape? Box? Facet? ... ?
- ...
Please note, that a MWE [1] could answer most of these.
Anyway, the answer is completely dependent on the material model you
use. Again, a MWE [1] could help much.
