Hi, I am measuring pore radius and pore volume using the TwoPhaseFlowEngine() for my packing of sphere (using ymport), I am getting following error message when I run my code: "negative volume for an ordinary pore (temp warning, should still be safe)" *** stack smashing detected ***: terminated, than Aborted (core dumped), and the whole thing crashes.
