'packing-JCFPM_uniaxial.spheres' is my text file generated by RandomDensePack..
(The model is a cube containing about 5000 particles generated by the
RandomDensePack method,cube is 0.05*0.05*0.05m,and the radius of sphere is all
about 0.0015m)
I do not know how to upload the text file..maybe you can try to use the
RandomDensePack to generate?(Sorry to bother you)
Here are my modeling commands:

sp=pack.SpherePack()
pred=pack.inAlignedBox(mn,mx)

spheres=sp.toSimulation(color=(0.6,0.5,0.15))
