Hi Ziyu,
please try to make it MWE (Minimum Working Example) [1]. Now it doesn't work
due to the lack of the 'packing-cylinder.spheres' file. Nevertheless, the MWE
should work without any external files. Also, you could try to reproduce this
problem on simpler (minimum) example.
