I'm in a lot of trouble

I am doing an analysis on a direct(simple) shear test.
I have created a program like below.

 I have one question.
Does YADE have a program to determine the displacement of the created cylinder 
in the XY direction?

The cylinder whose displacement I want to know is line 40.
