Question #707253 on Yade changed:

    Status: Open => Answered

Jérôme Duriez proposed the following answer:
Hi,

With YADE interactions of CohFrictPhys-type physical properties, not all
of them are actually cohesive in the expected sense (tensile-strong, for
instance).

Law2_ScGeom6D_CohFrictPhys_CohesionMoment.always_use_moment_law then
enables you to choose whether you want resisting torques at cohesive
interactions only, or everywhere.

It is a somewhat different question than which rolling friction
properties are applied (when they need to be applied), which is
discussed in your link [2]
