services api extension has a typo in a property name
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):

Bug description:
The services openstack compute api extensions reports one of the
properties of a service as:
update_at
it should read
updated_at
Fixing this will go against the Api Change Guidelines:
http://wiki.openstack.org/APIChangeGuidelines
I suggest that this is a new type of acceptable case, in that:
The name of the property as returned by the api is wrong and may cause
confusion + The extension is reasonably young.

I'd like to get a concencus on whether this is an acceptable case for
changing/breaking the API.
