Unassigning as I assume this isn't being pursued anymore.
With the introduction of oslo, this sounds like a great common
middleware that could be deployed on top of any openstack service as
needed.

Bug description:
Cross-Origin Request Sharing (CORS) is unsupported, and hence client
side application running on browsers cannot access Keystone directly.
