Bug description:
The coverage analysis <https://jenkins.openstack.org/job/nova-
coverage/cobertura> for nova.vnc currently only reports coverage for
the nova/vnc/__init__.py file. However, there are several other files
in that directory (auth.py, proxy.py, server.py).
