$ nova help

host-list List all hosts by service
...
service-disable Enable the service
service-enable Enable the service
service-list Show a list of all running services. Filter by host &
service name.
...

Bug description:
at the moment i can display and enable/display the specific nova
services using nova-manage service. i think we've to add an admin api
extension for this functionality. at the moment i can't use python-
novaclient for displaying running services and i can't enable/disable
the services using python-novaclient.
