a created volume can't be attached to an instance
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):

Bug description:
we can create an instance and a volume successfully on dashboard , but we
can't attache the volume to the instance.
it will give follow message if we do this action. whether there are some
problems about out disk?
the error log as follow:
