When attacing volume to instance, incorrect device name is displayed

Bug description:
When attaching volume to instance,incorrect device name "/dev/vdc/" is
displayed in "Device Name" form for example.
"/dev/vdc/" which ends with "/" is incorrect device name. "/dev/vdc" is
correct.
