This has since been fixed, code inspection says it works in folsom
onwards.

Bug description:
On XenServer vhd-util is located in:
* /usr/sbin/vhd-util
But on Kronos it is located in:
* /usr/bin/vhd-util
The XenAPI migration plugin needs to be able to cope with the tool
being in either location.
