Bug description:
In the nova.conf file, spaces cannot be added after commas in lists.
In example:
if I writes
enabled_apis = ec2,osapi_compute,metadata
then it's OK
but if I writes
enabled_apis = ec2, osapi_compute, metadata
then it's not OK !
