  Nova don't create input in mysql db when project get network

Bug description:
  This week I start work on this bug 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1118457 So, my first step was to install 
multihost lab. I use devstack and follow instruction from 
http://devstack.org/guides/multinode-lab.html Everything looks fine until I run 
instances. It take ip's from both created networks, but nova-manage network 
list output looks like that:
