Can't log into VM after powervm is resized
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
Fix Released
Bug description:
1. Nova boot a powervm instance with flavor 1
2. After it is ACTIVE, ssh to IVM and log on it successfully.
3. Nova resize the instance and wait till it turn to VERIFY_RESIZE and
confirm it. VM status turn to ACTIVE.
4. Try to log on A, but failed.
