'Disassociate Floating IP' action name too long

Bug description:
See the following screenshot: http://stsh.me/2iJ. The name for the
disassociate action is too long and causes the drop-down arrow to be
misaligned - why not just call it 'Disassociate'? You've already got
the 'Floating IP' context based on the name of the table.
