Bug description:
I would like to add the ability for NFS and GlusterFS to use mount
options on the compute node that are specified by the Cinder node.
The Cinder side of this change has already been implemented for Havana
in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/29323/ .
This bug is to track the Nova side of this enhancement.
