gflags used in Smoketests
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
Fix Released
Bug description:
gFlags is still used by nova/smoketests/flags.py.
We should record the dependency in tools/test-requires and backport
that to grizzly.
For Havana, it would be nice to move from gFlags to openstack.common.cfg to
match the rest of Nova/Openstack.
