Bug description:
Now nova coverage is standardized to accumulate coverage data in the
following bug fix.

The fix made it possible to get combined coverage data of tests with
different conditions.
But we need to restart nova services when we measure coverage data of
individual test.
A function to reset coverage data is necessary, I think.
