Floodlight/BigSwitch plugin does not return external network
attributes on get_network
Status in OpenStack Quantum (virtual network service):
Fix Released
Bug description:
The get_network() and get_networks() function need to append the l3
related attributes.
This is of "high" importance because Horizon fails on getting info for
external networks.
