Restore domain support for backporting
Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):

Bug description:
As a safe solution to the bug 1168726, fix has been committed with
single domain support. As per IRC chat, 5/21, we have decided to try
to restore multi domain support for grizzly backporting. A fix to this
bug will use the bug fix for 1168726 as starting point to restore
domain support.
