tests fail due to pycrypto not being upgraded
Status in ANVIL for forging OpenStack.:

Bug description:
When running the glance tests, they depend on a newer pycrpyto than whats in
native RHEL6.2+
The pip install is supposed to upgrade this using -U -I, but the -I seems to
not make it happen. Removing the -I seems to fix this and just using -U.
