VNC default password for vmwareapi is bad

Bug description:
Default password of '' effectively disables the VNC service on ESXi
because VNC (as implemented on ESXi) will not allow blank passwords.
Set the default to something sensible like "vmware" or "openstack" and
document that to the user.
