arch_filter tracebacks with xenapi

Bug description:
In arch_filter.py we do:
cpu_info = host_state.capabilities.get('cpu_info')
but in the case of xenapi this is just a string (or int?)
We should add a safety check to avoid totally failing under xenapi.
Not a huge deal since arch_filter.py isn't enabled by default.
