Bug description:
In Grizzly branch several strings have been cleaned up since the last update
of message catalog.
This is the statistics (fuzzy and untranslated strings are updated strings):
openstack_dashboard: 8 fuzzy translations, 3 untranslated messages.
horizon/locale: 1 untranslated message.
This does not add new translations (there is no official way to update the
translations in the stable release),
but I think it is useful that translators have the up-to-date PO files.
Without it, translators needs to not only
translate PO files but also generate PO files.
