out now. I marked the bug as invalid now.

glance+swift , only the admin user can delete the images uploaded by
the tenant users

Bug description:
In my environment I am using swift as my glance backend. The images
which are being uploaded by the tenant users can only be deleted by
the admin users. whereas the users should have read/write access on
the images which they create.
This is the error I get
Error: You do not have permission to delete image: new
