User transaction events are not logged

Bug description:
Authentication transaction like successful login, failed login attempt and
profile update should be logged.
Authorization failure should be logged as well. For example: if user
attempts to access resources that they don't have privilege to.
This way the logs can be used for security audit, this is importat for
enterprise operators for security compliance.
