rpc package not synced from oslo
Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Bug description:
Glance currently uses the notifier package from oslo.
However the notifier package depends on the rpc package.
Therefore exists an import error when importing
glance/openstack/common/notifier/rpc_notifier2.py or
glance/openstack/common/notifier/rpc_notifier.py
from glance.openstack.common import rpc
Thus the rpc package should be added to openstack-common.conf
