The pep8 installed by tox/run_tests.sh will not detect these PEP8
pattern, abandon this change.

After the fix of Bug #1214159 is checked-in, the flake8 option can be
adjusted in section [flake8] of tox.ini.
Ignore the PEP8 checking: E122,E121,E126,E128
