Query a range of time for Usage Summary

Bug description:
It would be nice if users could define a range to query for usage
rather than just the past month. They might want to check out a
quarters worth of data or a year even. This would still allow them to
choose just one month, and it could even default to the most recent
month. Having a Start Date and End Date with calendar pickers might be
a good way to implement this.
