Bug description:
Getting these failures when running tests against master:
http://paste.openstack.org/show/41823/
Appears to be an interaction between tests, with the cause being
test_networks.py:test_validate_instance_zone_for_dns_domain
It sets a config in a unsafe/leaky way:
CONF.instance_dns_domain = domain
Oddly, the test still passes with removing that line, so the solution seems
to be just to ax it.
