lbaas: cleanup agent and plugin code that expects healthmonitors to
have status field
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
Fix Released
Bug description:
Previous commit https://review.openstack.org/#/c/39994/ has removed status
and status_description fields of HealthMonitor objects. However various parts
of lbaas are still expecting those fields and now are causing exceptions at
agent side.
That was discovered when running integration tests.
Need to:
1) fix agent code to rely on proper fields
2) fix unit tests in such way that HealthMonitor model usage is covered in
proper way
