Instance host name is not same as the specified name

Invalid
Bug description:
While launching an instance, the instance name provided in GUI/horizon
doesn't match with the hostname inside the guest.
Steps to create:
1. Launch an instance and specify an instance name
2. After instance is launched, loging to the instance using ssh and check the
$hostname.
