xenapi: finish_migrate should not inject the hostname

Bug description:
There has been work to ensure the hostname is only injected just
before boot, and removed once the agent is active and completed
configuring everything.
The Windows PV tools pick up this hostname and ensure that a VM has
the correct hostname. However, if the key is left in place, users will
be unable to rename their servers.
