Need another translation imports for Havana release

Bug description:
At the final stage of Havana-RC1, there are several number of translatable
string changes.
We need to import translations from Transifex before Havana release.
In addition, Russian and Chinese (Taiwan) translations are very active and
good progress.
It is worth being a part of Havana release if they completes the translation.
I have a plan to import new translations next Wednesday @UTC.
Out-of-date strings in Havana-RC1 is available at:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/48821/ (with 7 string updates; these strings
are in master)
The potential reviews with string updates are:
* https://review.openstack.org/#/c/49354 Fix typos: "gruop" and "remove from"
(it may be merged into RC1)
* https://review.openstack.org/#/c/48400/ Fixing issue with VXLAN network
profile create ("router" dashboard)
The second one is specific to "router" dashboard and it can be used only with
Neutron Cisco Nexus plugin.
We can lower the translation priority and ignore them as translation criteria
even if they are not translated.
