I think this is invalid, v1 should not be showing deleted images either

Feature parity missing between v1 & v2 for 'image-show' incase of
deleted image.
Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Bug description:
When accessing 'glance image-show <DELETED_IMAGE_ID>' the response is
different across versions, V1 and V2.
In V1, response returns the meta-data of the deleted image.
In V2, response returns '404 Not Found'.
P.S: The role used is 'admin' to access the 'glance image-show'
command.
