Currently available LBaaS provider is HAProxy which doesn't have ping

It looks like health monitor with types TCP and PING send the same traffic
for validation - tcp on port 80 with:
health monitor to instance: syn
instance to health monitor: syn-ack
health monitor to instance: reset-ack
While I expected the health monitor with type PING to send a kind of
icmp for health validations.
