Bug description:
It appears like we do not allow individual MIME segments to be gzip
compressed (and automatically uncompressing them). It would be nice to
allow those that use the MIME format to specify that individual
segments are gzip encoded (instead of only allowing the overall MIME
message to be gzip encoded).
