iptables rules for external access are not correct

Bug description:
iptables POSTROUTING configuration is not correct. Which prevents VMs
from accessing external network.
here is an example of this bug :

I got it work by adding a static entry in the POSTROUTING chain to
give my VMs internet access !!!!
