Network topology for admin user shows all networks
Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
Incomplete
Bug description:
If a user is an 'admin' user, then the network topology shows the
topology for all projects instead of only the current project.
Ideally the topology in the project view should only show the topology
for the current project and there should be a syspanel view which
shows the networks for all tenants.
