Bug description:
I've been seeing this in the nova scheduler log a lot this week when
looking through gate and check queue failures:

Looks like it's probably due to a bad translation.

be fixed. It is possible that that particular error is due to a bad translation
(9:31:58 PM) clarkb: since I think we are using local=en_US on the slaves and
en is the source locale
