GlusterFS disk attach fails on older versions of libvirt

Bug description:
Some versions of libvirt (such as RHEL6's 0.10.2) require a port
specification with a GlusterFS network disk, or they reject the disk
with an "XML error: missing port for host" error.
We can provide a blank value, rather than omitting the field, which
allows qemu to default to a reasonable port.
