Title: keystone multi processes can not work Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone): New Bug description: In havana keystone, I found the code about multi processes,but they don't be called,so keystone is also can not work in multi processes. I found the code in /keystone/openstack/common/service.py,such as the class ProcessLauncher、Launcher. But there is nowhere to call them.
