Should add error log for SystemExit in dhcp agent

OS : RHEL6.4
Version : Havana
If a nonexistent interface_driver is indicated, the neutron-dhcp-agent won't
start correctly,
but no hints show up neither from the screen output or the log.
[root@oc2603148815 xianghui]# service neutron-dhcp-agent restart
