Bug description:
When a request is made to Keystone, information such as user_id,
project_id, among others, are setted in the class NovaKeystoneContext
https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/api/auth.py#L79.
When using the Keystone V3 API, domain information should be passed,
but Nova is not ready to receive this information.
