Delete the image ok when upload
Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):

Bug description:
Steps:
1. Open a cmd window, upload a big image(about 200M).
2. When uploading the image, open another cmd window, delete the image,
delete OK
3. At last the image is also uploaded OK. But when i get the image, i got a
404 error.
4. The status of the image is "active" in the db.
