Bug description:
The official OpenStack installation guide and other documentation
typically references "regionOne" rather than "RegionOne" provided as
the default value for the auth_region directive in metadata_agent.ini.
Easily overlooked, this small capitalization difference can cause
unnecessary headaches with the metadata service.
